The brain child of Mrs. Collins, New Orleans Green Salon is an annual event about sustainability and the communities of New Orleans and is affiliated with AIGA Center for Sustainable Design.

Currently it is being re-branded as Fresh Fest and will again take place at Loyola University New Orleans in spring, 2010.
